    Hello,

My site is running WordPress 6.4.3 and PHP 8.2.10. I am currently running a local version of the site via the FlyWheel Local app. I am trying to update Ninja Forms from 3.7.1->3.8.0 but when I do so, all links on my site (except the homepage) redirect to the “Hello, world” default blog post. Some of links I am testing are redirects from the plugin Redirection, but I also tried a default page link and also got the same behavior. When I revert my site to the older version of Ninja Forms, I do not have this problem. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Thanks in advance,
    Saki

    Hi Saki,

I have not encountered the same issue on my sandbox website. Have you tried to flush your Permalinks cache from Settings → Permalinks? If not, just visit the page and click on the “Save Changes” button, so WordPress will flush the permalink cache, and the issue should be resolved.

After that, if you’re still having the issue, feel free to get in touch with Ninaj Forms Support. Thank you

    Hello Faisal,

Thanks for the quick response. I had tried that before and just tried it again, but no luck. I will get in touch with support.

    Best,

Hey there! It’s pretty odd for a Ninja Forms update to cause redirects to the “Hello, world” post.

Here are a few things we can try to troubleshoot:

    1. Conflicts Check: Sometimes, plugins or themes can clash, especially after updates. Try deactivating other plugins temporarily and switch to a default WordPress theme. If the issue stops, it’s likely a compatibility problem.
    2. Permalinks Reset: A simple but often effective fix is to reset your permalinks. Head over to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and just hit save without making any changes. This can sometimes clear up redirect issues. ( DID THIS ALREADY )
    3. Check Redirection Plugin: Since you mentioned using the Redirection plugin, double-check those settings to make sure there’s no rule accidentally causing this.
    4. Reach Out for Help: If you’re still stuck, it might be time to contact Ninja Forms support. We have probably seen this before or can offer more specific advice. Plus, I’d recommend mentioning your local development environment and PHP version ( Ninja Forms > GET HELP ), as those details can be crucial.

I hope one of these steps gets you back on track! Let me know how it goes or if you’ve got more questions.
