After updating the Visualizer plugin from v3.0.7 to v3.0.12 broke some of the pie charts, while leaving the others intact. Those affected had mostly defaulted to 20%-30%-50% look, although that wasn’t the case with all of the broken charts. Reverting back to v3.0.7 fixed the data.

    Hello @dharmist,

Sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with the plugin update.
Can you please share some screenshots to show the difference?

    Hi @poonam9

Sorry for late reply. Here’s what an example data looked before updating the plugin; And here’s how it looks after.

I’ve tried updating to v 3.1.2 just now with same results.

I’m not even entirely certain at this point whether the correct charts are even showing up (notice that the second chart has “At Risk” underneath, which wasn’t there in the original). The same changes happen in the backend, so I can’t pinpoint how these got messed up in the first place.

    Hi @dharmist,

Thank you for coming back to us with these details. This is not a bug, in that way works. From what I saw, right now the percentage is showing more accurate.

Let me know if that’s the issue you have reported.

Are we looking at the same numbers? The left chart has entirely different pass/fail ratio, it’s not even close to being more accurate.

    Hello There,

What values are you using for the chart?

For example, for the sample chart, these values are used – https://prntscr.com/lyxghm.
