Update to 3.0.0-rc.2.0.0

    Hey,

    after i updated to the new version “3.0.0-rc.2.0.0” i noticed that the menu has been disappeared. In the plugins it was not activ. When i wanted to activate it, the page refreshed with the info that its activ now. But it wasn′t. After 3-4 more clicks it′s activ now again. It seems to be working.
