I had to deactivate the plugin because it was blocking my entire site. So, I don’t know how to access those rules any longer.? I have access to raw database via phpMyAdmin, so if you tell me which tables and records to look in, I can find it for you and let you know.

Can you please enable debugging log and send the debug.log to support [at] ip2location.com for further investigation?

How do I access debug.log?
I have done some further investigation of this by switching off and on various settings and I have discovered that the problem is with the “block by proxy IP” setting. The problem only exists when this box is ticked.

Please find the debug.log under wp-content/plugins/ip2location-country-blocker.
