I have the same problem, post views is not working anymore after I upgrade. and I have checked my footer.php and the wp_footer(); is there, also I am using W3TC, and was working before the upgrade.

I have the same problem. The plugin is not working anymore since updating to 1.65. I am using Hyper Cache plugin too … but used to work with it.

@alecsx6: did you check if your theme is missing <?php wp_footer(); ?> in your footer.php? Does it work on the default theme?

The code <?php wp_footer(); ?> was on my footer.php file. But seemed to be a problem on my theme which I fixed it already. On the default theme the plugin worked perfectly. Thanks!
