Updated tonight to version 160227, instantly got a 504 gateway timeout. Had three updates to do in wordpress and reverted to renaming directories until I could get back on to admin pages. Have narrowed the problem down to this plugin. Deleted and re installed but issue re occurs. Currently directory is renamed and plugin deactivated awaiting response.

Zen cache has been great and this new version also great accept for today.

Using wordpress 4.4.2 with X theme.

    Help greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks

@supajiggi Are you using CloudFlare or some other caching service? I haven’t seen that happen with ZenCache or Comet Cache. You might try manually uninstalling and then reinstalling Comet Cache.

@supajiggi HTTPS shouldn’t be the issue, no. Do you have access to the web server logs? If not, you might want to contact your web host and see if they can check the web server log for any errors when you try to install Comet Cache.
