Update the wp_posts_idx table default collate

The IDX Broker plugin creates a table called wp_posts_idx upon activation. It would be really great if you could update the plugin to set the collate to match what WordPress defaults to using. Curently the IDX Broker plugin sets the table to use “latin1_swedish_ci” which is MySQL’s default, while WordPress defaults to “utf8_general_ci”.
I also suggest running an update function so all sites already using the plugin will get this update, not just sites installing/activating the plugin for the first time.
