It looks like the plugin is deactivated on your site. Just activate it again.
Plugin update is scheduled for next week, but your issue is not related to the update. Also note, your one star rating kills any developer motivation.

i know, it kills a developer motivation but I am waiting for the update for several months. my website was broken due to content egg plugin so i deactivate and uninstall it. you found it is not install, so I installed again and my all posts are showing critical error which use content egg codes. you update your premium plugin time to time with every new version of WordPress but free version is not updated from last 8 months. in this time period, everything is updated with new functions. your plugin is too costly for new blogger otherwise I will be bought. this. i will change my star rating after the update. its my promise.

30,000 active installs means the problem isn’t with updates, right?

Please send details of the error you are experiencing so we can help you. You can check it in the logs on your server or enable WP debug.
