Update the cart page

Since the donation uses a different cart, visitors can’t get to the shopping cart to remove/edit donation items. Thoughts??

The cart page still exists as usual, the default link is example.com/cart. The cart is only currently skipped, as this is not necessary or even confusing for a normal donation form.
However, in a future version I want to add a setting that brings the cart step back.
