Update template

  • Do not update or make a child theme if you do not want to loose all your changes. Only when you confirm that all your changes rely on the child, you can upgrade.

    Thanks a lot for your quick answer!

    I will read about child theme information. I use pretty link plugin and have some url redirections. Do you you know if I have a problem updating my them I may loose all the changes in those plugins, especially important for my website is pretty link.

    I am sorry about my questions, but For me everything is pretty new..

    Theme upgrade will not affect plugins settings. It will overwrite every changes you have made to css and other files of your theme
