Update targeting the post ID

is it possible to make some Posts update by targeting the post ID ?

Yes, you can do that with manual record matching: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/recurring/manual-record-matching/. Just make sure to use the “Choose which data to update” option on step 4 to make sure you’re only updating the data you want to import.
