Update take too much time and automatic update doesn’t work

    Hello,

    I am using updraft for a long time but on one of my websites the update that is set to be made once a week doesn’t work (last update 29 oct 2018)

    I tryed to do a manual backup but it remains stuck and I let it during the night and nothing.

    Hi,

    It appears that there may be an issue with your WordPress scheduler.

    Please could you install the free WP Crontrol plugin, and then go to WP Admin>Tools>Cron Events?
    Do you see any warning or error messages on that page?
