update => stars still not here

    I don’t know why since a few weeks the kk star rating doesn’t show anymore, I tried everything! I just made the update, but no change.

    Can you help???

    Have you tried setting the size in the appearance settings tab?

    I have changed the sizr at 20, it didn’t change anything,
    And I have checked the box on the right, at “enable”.
    Is there any shortcode or anything else I need to add in the text?

    Do you use Chrome or Firefox?

    At home, stars do not display only with Chrome on pc.
    With Firebox and on my mobile, everything works fine!

    It didn’t work, I have tried the Yet another stars plugin, someone in the forum suggested it, but I didn’t work either.
    I just desactivate the yet another stars plugin.
    but it still does not work….
    I really want to use kstar ratings, it works very well until a few weeks!

    Hi, Google has permanently deleted rich snippets, it only works on products.

    Yeah when plugin is updating its refreshing all settings of the plugin all guys have to check the Appearance tab and add star size like 20 etc.
