• How do you update the staff on an existing appointment?

    We have the personal version, and I go to Appointments, and then click to edit the appointment and change who it’s with in the dropdown selection, but it’s not saving.

    If you wish to change the staff member you have to re-schedule, since the service is linked to a staff member you can’t change the staff member without going through the re-scheduling process. That’s because you might set a staff member that’s not offering a certain service which is an inconsistent in the booking system.
