    When I try to access IA in my WP dashboard, it says, “update running”. That message has been there for 48 hours. I’ve tried clearing all caches, trying different browsers, deactivating and reactivating, free and pro versions, and just patience. Nothing is working and I have no idea where to go from here.

    I’ve had this happen one other time on another website, but it started working after about a day of waiting.

    Running on GridPane with a high-frequency Vultr server: Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS | CPU Cores: 3 | Memory: 8148MB | Storage: 240GB — all the latest WP (6.1.1) and plugin updates, no other analytics plugins installed.

    I have exactly the same problem. The message “Update running” has been there for a couple of days now. How do I stop this?

    @piahaage if your site has object caching, try clearing this cache as it can cause the migration process to hang even after it’s complete.
