Update Publish Date automatically when edited

  • Is there a way that a post’ publish date can be automatically updated to whenever it was last edited, each time it’s edited?

  • I suggest using a plugin for this.

    Bear in mind that using this code if you are using dates in your permalinks you will be constantly creating broken links.
