    Since I ran the update the main bulk of the profiles aren’t showing up anymore. But the top piece with the image etc does still show up and the data is still there if I look and go to edit the user. Is there something that I need to do to get the data to update. It’s all set to be visible to everyone and there’s no restriction on the page to particular user groups.

    This is a site that’s been running UM for a few years.

    Can you help?

    Did you run the UM upgrade process when you upgrade it to the latest version?

    No there’s nothing like that at all.

    Edit: Note that I’ve reverted back to the old version for the time being. I’ll try the update again later on if there’s a way to force that database update to run. I’m sure that’s all it is.

    Please try deleting this from wp_options um_last_version_upgrade.

    Or run this code once before upgrading to the latest version:
    delete_option("um_last_version_upgrade");

    Hi Champ,

    I work on lots of different projects so I only just came back to this, sorry for delay. I got rid of that record in wp_options as you suggested and that did trigger the prompt for the upgrade to run – thank you. But all is not solved…

    When I did that upgrade the directories had lost the associated membership levels – but when I reset them they worked again. I mention that incase that’s what’s going on with the profiles.

    I still have a problem with the profiles being incomplete. I can pull in fields using the user meta box in the form so the form is working to some extent but the main fields aren’t showing up in the profile as they used to at all. Using the user meta box isn’t ideal – it looks messy and there’s extra fields that only logged in users are supposed to see. So for some reason the profile form still isn’t displaying in the site properly whilst it did in 2.0.43

    When I look at the roles I now appear to have duplicates of the custom roles only they have different numbers of members in those duplicated roles. Which is very strange they have different custom_role ids but the same names.

    I’ve pulled in some of the key fields to the user meta box in the profile so that I don’t have to downgrade again, but it doesn’t look well. Can you suggest what might be causing these problems.

    It actually seems to have duplicated some of the profile fields as well now I look at the form in more detail in the meta dropdown some fields are in twice – that’s probably at the heart of the problem. Not all of them are duplicated just some of them which is odd
