Update Profile Image not working

    When users try to Update Profile Picture in Account page, the Camera button is not working (the link is just mysite/account/#) and users avatar images already uploaded do not syncronize on the Account profile picture (I just see the grey default profile pic). Am I missing any setting to enable Profile Picture on Account page?
