If you are unable to resolve the issue, please send us your system status report as well as any fatal error logs. You can find your system status via?WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.

Thank you for reaching back, with the site’s System Status Report (SSR).

From what I gather, there is another plugin installed (Pixel Manager for WooCommerce), that might be conflicting with Facebook for WooCommerce. Could you try with temporarily disabling it, and see if all products are synced in the Facebook shop, or otherwise?

Additionally, the store’s System Status Report (SSR) reports 33 products. Just to clarify, how many do you see in the Facebook shop?

Thanks for the update.

It should not take long. Check the Facebook Product Sync sidebar box for any messages. Another option is using the debug tools:

The Facebook Product Sync sidebar box is good in my shop.

I just went through the debug. Completely reconnected. But unfortunately I still see the same thing in META.
