Update product to draft or out of stock

Hello all.

I have a large csv file that change frequently. Sometimes the new products will be added to the file and sometimes some products already in the file become unavailable so i need to set draft.

The csv file now as the publish option set with 1 = publish, -1 = draft, 0 = pending

I would like to know how can I manage it. What I need is to upload new products and set publish, draft or pending to the products are not available.
