Update problems again?

    My last two MailPoet updates (2nd one was today) have failed and brought down my website. Last time I was able to delete the mailpoet folder and reinstall it – all 3,558 files (!!!) I am now doing it again. Anyone else? Or do I have a unique problem?

    Hey there @trbhicks ,

    This is definitely not something that we are seeing a lot of reports of, and it seems more isolated to a specific host/server environment that your site is located on.

    If this keeps happening, I’d definitely recommend checking with your host to see if they have any kind of error logs or similar to give you more info on what is going on behind the scenes.
