Update problem: previous fonts and other font formats

  • Hello,

    After the latest updates, you have changed the structure of the plugin, and many of the websites that I used this plugin on are experiencing problems.

    Firstly, the previously selected fonts are no longer working, so we need to remove them and add them again. This is inconvenient as it is causing my websites to not display the correct font, and I had to go through this process for all of them.

    Secondly, the elementor fonts option, still supports all of the font formats like woff2, woff, eot and ttf for one font. But you have removed this feature, which may cause issues for older browsers. It would be better if you could bring back this setting so that we can set all of the font formats for a font.

    Hi @shayanfp,

    1) There were some issues after the release of v2.0 that had been fixed on v2.0.1 and v2.0.2. However, as I am aware of, there was no user reported the issue as mentioned. Do you have any site that still has the issue? Please share with us the steps to replicate this issue, so we can try to reproduce it.

    2) This plugin supports the following type of font files: ttf, otf, woff, woff2, eot, svg. If you have any issue with those type, please let us know.
