I have a pro account purchased more than a year ago. Since my annual premium support subscription has expired, I cannot use the pro support, so I use this forum instead.

The current pro version available for download is 1.6.5. Upon downloading and activating the plugin, I was notified that there is a new version of the pro plugin. After updating, there is a notification saying that my “Pretty Link Pro installation isn’t quite complete yet” and asking me to “Automatically Upgrade to Enable Pretty Link Pro”.

The plugin itself is now at 1.6.8 Lite version.

Tried the automatic upgrade but it says “Plugin update failed” because “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.”

    Looking forward for your support.

You can download the latest Pro version from the bottom of your account page at https://prettylinkpro.com/account/

No support license required to download and use the latest 1.x version of the plugin.

    Thank you.

I have actually downloaded the latest pro version from the account page, and it’s version 1.6.5.

But after installed and activated, there was a notification to update the plugin to 1.6.8, which I did, and it gave me the lite version, as I explained earlier in my previous post.

Right now I just ignore the notification and use the current pro version instead. But I thought I’d bring this to your attention and probably have this checked.

Uninstall the plugin, delete it, and re-install 1.6.9 from https://prettylinkpro.com/manual_downloads/
