Update Post Meta

  • Hello – thank you for an awesome theme!

    I’m looking for a couple of edits to the meta info on a post / page.

    1) Remove the author

    2) Add Published Date and Categories on single line (categories currently on a second line)

    3) Move tags to BELOW content.

    Hi!
    What you are describing is an entire child theme, and I am not able to help you with that since it would take a long time for me to develop and test.

    Inside Embla, you will find the following file:
    embla\inc\template-tags.php

    This file has two functions called embla_posted_on() and embla_entry_footer().
    To move the information the way you want, you need to override these two functions
    by adding them to your child theme.
