    The revision feature is only available with the “Pro” version.

    Essentially it allows the user to make a revision of the post. The revision goes through the workflow, while the original article is still online and published.

    Once the revision is approved, the contents are copied over to the published version either immediately or at a scheduled time/date.

    Okey understood, but how can I restrict the update button for my authors and editors? Actually I want them to use Revision option and not the edit or update button.

    Not sure if I understand your question. The revision option is only available with the “Pro” version of Oasis Workflow.

    With the “free” version, once the post is published, we display the out of the box “update” button.
