update points with total bought untill now

Hi, we installed you plugin in our site…great plugin thank you!

but we have and answer…is there a snippet or a sql query to update every client with the total point calculated with the total amount the client bought till now? … i mean, the idea is to have already the total point for every client even the plugin has just been installed …. so the best client have already a good amount of points…
