update plugins – could not create directory

  • Looking for some help fixing what appears to be a permissions issue with updating plugins.

    I am running wordpress from my RPi3. When I try updating the plugin Akismet Anti-Spam (only one availible), i receve the error: “An error occurred while updating Akismet Anti-Spam: Could not create directory.”

    Below is a link to a website I used to try and fix the permissions, but it didn’t work.
