Update Plugin on Network

Hello,

First of all, thanks a lot for your amazing work, appreciate your plugin and been using it for years now.

I am trying to update the plugin from an older version(3.x) to Version 4.4.2 for a multi site environment.

Everything works as expected if I update per site basis.
(We had to block flushall so that sites are not cleared from cache on the object cache level-for large sites with lots of content, this is trouble).

But as we have over 50 sites in this single multi site instance, I am looking for a more streamlined, centralized way to upgrade DB for all tables.

What would be your suggestion? Should I dig the SQL queries and ask infra to run them at the time of deploy? Is there a way to bulk upgrade all tables? In some upgrades it is working as expected, in some sites(maybe was never configured at first place) it also wants to go over the set up screens; can I programmatically set up on the update stage?

We dont want to log the IP addressses of visitors. I also need to define that as a setting if set up screen is enforced.
