Update plugin and not work

Most likely, your browser had cached the Javascript and CSS files belonging to the plugin, so the old Javascript code was still running, and that is incompatible with the latest version’s shortcode.

Your browser cache probably expired automatically, or you refreshed the page, and that loaded the latest versions files so everything started working correctly again.

For other users – you might also need to clear any ‘server side’ cache, e.g. a WordPress caching plugin.

Thanks for posting, but please read my post above. It would be helpful to understand whether you have tried my suggestions – clear your browser cache and also and server-side cache such as WordPress caching plugins. Try another browser if you’re not sure how to do that.
