• Hello Jakob
Is it possible that I can update pictures via import? I get error 28 (Error 28: The file structure could not be imported as an album structure). My albums have a parent album, i.e. All_Cards/Album-xy. The import works with new images, but not with an update.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Update: Unfortunately I just realized today that it doesn’t work with new pictures either (error 28). Last week it still worked. I wanted to upload 30 pictures today – is it because of the quantity? In the past I used to upload fewer.

On the import screen you can go to the dir where the photos are, and import them from there to the selected album.
If they must be updated, tick the update existing box.

Error 28 means that the file you are trying to import as a dir to album is not a dir

Correction: It can also be a timeout.

I will test it tomorrow to see if i might have implemented a new bug recently

It should work correctly, if you had a timeout you will get an appropriate message. You can only get error 28 when the dir is not a dir (?) Maybe you have a name conflict?

When you import this way, the items in the depot will be removed (unless you set item 7 in Advanced settings -> Admin -> III: Import related settings), so when re-doing it after timeout, the next items will be processed.

You can only update existing items when you navigate at the top of the page to the (sub)dir and import from there to the right album and set the update existing checkbox.

The only bug i found is the incorrect number of items indicated next to the name of the dir in the import screen. This is fixed in the next version.
