Update Page Stalls

I’ve been getting these for weeks now:

I don’t know why it doesn’t complete the page, seems as if it does update though, but it just stays like that, normally it would say “Enabling Maintenance mode…” yadda, yadda, “Disabling plugin” “Updating Plugin”, “Reactivating Plugin”, “Disabling Maintenance Mode” or something of that sort, but now it just sticks like the image shows…
