Update Page Returns Blank Page

That’s a strange sounding issue. What version of Page Builder are you using? Can you check if you get the same issue with an older version, like 1.3.10? You can download it here.

I am currently in 1.4.2. I just tried with 1.3.10 and I’m having the same issue. Thanks for offering the suggestion, any idea what else could be causing this?

I haven’t been able to recreate the issue on my side. At the moment, all I can think is that some widget you’re using on the page is triggering an error. If you can get hold of an error message, that might be a big help.

Something else you could try is delete the widgets on your home page one by one, trying to save the home page after deleting each one. Are you using any out of the ordinary widgets?

And if all else fails, you can disable the custom home page and just use Page Builder to create a standard page instead, then assign this page to your home page.

Greg! You are the best! Great call on checking the widgets, it turned out to be caused by the Layer Slider WP widget. I deleted it and the page saved. Thanks for the great support! I’ll let the Layer Slider support know about the issue.

Glad to hear it! I’ll do some testing my side too. Hopefully I’ll be able to add a fix soon.

I’m having the same problem!
When I disabled the page builder, it works.
I also have disabled the widgets as mentioned but did not work ..
