Update on Compatibility with Elementor 3.22.3

    I’m wondering when you will release an update for the Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin to make it compatible with Elementor 3.22.3. Currently, it’s only compatible up to version 3.21.8. Please see the attached screenshot for reference. screenshot

    Updating Elementor to the latest version causes our site to crash, so we need a compatible version of your plugin as soon as possible.

    Could you please let me know if there is an update coming for the Elementor Header & Footer to resolve this compatibility issue with Elementor?

    Details of my environment:

    • WordPress Version: 6.5.5
    • PHP Version: 7.4
    • Elementor Header & Footer Builder Version: 1.6.36

    Hi @worddev211,

    Please refer to this thread to understand the compatibility tag.

    Anyway, if having the latest version of this plugin and Elementor crashes the site, there will be many so many users reporting the same. However, unless I am missing, you are the only user reports this case. So, this case is unique and specifically happens to your site, which means there’s something on your site, could be another plugin, theme, hosting, custom code, etc that causes the issue.

    Could you please create a video showing us how the issue occurs?

    Thank you for your response.

    I have reviewed the thread regarding the compatibility tag. Despite following the guidelines and updating to the latest version of the plugin and Elementor, my site continues to crash. I understand that this issue appears to be unique to my site.

    I will switch to the default theme and deactivate the plugins one by one to identify the cause. If necessary, I will reach out for theme support. If I require any further assistance, I will let you know.
