    Hi, the latest update 1.16.24. is not completing after more than 30 minutes. This is on two separate sites – one of which I’ve refreshed to start the update again, the other I’ve left to continue. Is there a problem with the version?

    Hi,

    It is possible that the update has failed partway.
    You can de-install and re-install the plugin again. You will not lose your backups and settings in the process.
