    Hi there!

Version 2.1.1 is indeed the most recent version, and works with the latest versions of WooCommerce core and WordPress, but another iterations will be out as soon as the developers have finished it.

Please get back in touch if we can help with anything else!

Very good. I would prefer to pay each month this plugin and have it updated when needed. The importand if of course that the payment method works fine and smooth..
    Have a nice day.

    You’re welcome @pilotino777

I have reviewed my site with Version 2.1.1 installed and I can’t see any notice saying that I should update it.

Could you please share a screenshot of the message that you have reported here? I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Cheers!

@danielinhou – I have the same issue/have for the past several Woo Commerce updates, and am happy to share a screenshot. Here’s the notice that pops up when simply selecting WooCommerce for updates: https://snipboard.io/n0mRCB.jpg

If you have indeed tested both the latest version of WP and the latest version of WC, it sounds like you need to update this plugin’s “Tested up To” values in the plugin’s readme header. Thanks.

    Hi, @devrap!

Before anything else, as a kind reminder, normally, according to our forum guidelines, we encourage users to create their own threads even if they believe they’re encountering the same issue as the thread-starter. However, I’ll go ahead and address your concern here.

The reason why you’re seeing this notification is that WooCommerce has had updates since the last version of the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway was released. For plugins like the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway, the “tested up to” numbers are only changed when a new version of the plugin is released.

In other words, WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway doesn’t have an explicit notification/flag that it has been tested with WooCommerce 5.0 yet, but when the next update for it is released, it will be changed to show that it matches the current WooCommerce version.

I hope this helps clarifies things a bit!

    Dear Cara,

Thank you very much for your kind answer, anyway I would prefer to have a plugin that it is always updated anytime WooCommerce does an update, so that everything run smooth and I do not have to see any notification.
Normally plugin that get 5 stars always care about this issue.
I encourage to proceed in this way to have a nicer web for everyone.
    Thanks again.
    Warmest regards.
    Michele
