Update not workng

    I removed jQuery T(-) Countdown Widget (2.3.22) which was working great.
    I installed T(-) Countdown (2.4.5) and it fails to work – I do not see a widget listed that I can add to the sidebar.
    WP 5.2.2

    Any suggestions?

    Title should read “Widget not working in update” and is an duplicate of this issue.

    As noted in the plugin’s description:

    Note: a dedicated sidebar widget is not included as shortcodes can now be used in most sidebars.

    If you need a sidebar widget, continue using jQuery T(-) Countdown Widget however, sidebar widgets will soon be replaced by Gutenberg blocks, and when that happens the new plugin will be ready for you.
