Update Not Working

    I have just updated the latest version for the website I edit and now I cannot edit any pages, they are all still working if they are looked at as a viewer but in the editing section there is just a spiral loading symbol and blank area on each page I try to edit. Please help me!

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Hi thank you,

    I’m worried that if I do this all of the content of my website will be lost as it has been suggested by other blog posts. Is there a way to revert the update? And should I automatically update after deactivatibg each plug in?

    None of the above will affect your content. You’re just deactivating plugins to see if a plugin is causing the problem and switching the theme to see if the theme is causing the problem.
