But the resources are being loaded from another domain: https://financementalacarte.ca

As they are in different domains, your browser is not loading the resources and generates the error message:

“Cross-Origin Read Blocking (CORB) blocked cross-origin”

Please, ensure you have configured the website’s URLs properly. O try the following settings.

1. Go to the settings page of the plugin, tick the checkbox: “Activate Javascript Cache”, and then, press the “Update” button.

2. Press the “Settings” button, of one of forms (listed in the same page), and immediately, press the “Preview” button.

3. Finally, go to your current page and let me know if the form is being loaded.
