update not showing

    My website doesn’t show a Woo Commerce update available. It’s stuck at 3.6.5.

    Is there a reason for this? Can I try deactivating, deleting and re-downloading the plugin? Will that keep my data?

    I’d suggest overriding files manually via FTP to install the latest version. Here’s how:

    Thanks. Yes, I know how to ftp files, but I wanted to know if the current data would be removed when I remove the current version.

    doing so won’t delete any data in the database if that’s the question, that’s why I was saying that FTP is safe here.
