Update Nivo Lightbox

Adding a link to YouTube always generates URL like https://www.youtube.com/embed/xxx, even inf you use https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxx in link. This breaks sites using HTTPS because of mixed content.
It is causes by an old version of the Nivo Lightbox you are using. Latest version of Nivo Lightbox preserves HTTPS. So please bundle latest Nivo Lightbox version!
