    Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Unfortunately, we need a little more information to be able to investigate what you’re running into. Please update our latest version. Also, some additional update could be helpful:
    – webserver
    – PHP version
    – Theme update

    You can find on “Tools -> Site Health -> Info” page in “Server” section.
