Update many products witout any modification

Hello i wanted to know if it’s possible to “update” multiple products at a time.

Because i lost all the categories on my translated products and the only solution to get it back, is to just click on “update” without modification.

But i got 159 products in 5 languages. So is it possible to save them all ?
