Update logged in user fields

-Users can update their info using CF7 (not just see it)
-Would this work for meta custom fields too?

Contact From 7 helps you to send emails – it does not / cannot update your contact list. You can however use a storage plugin like CF7DB to save CF7 submissions and update the contacts manually.

Or use CF7 MailChimp extension vto save contacts to your MailChimp but this requires that you use MailChimp
