“update locked” filter doesn’t work on admin post list

In the Admin page > All posts,
you may find the “Update Locked” filter next to the drafts, like this:
All (157) | Mine (84) | Published (120) | Drafts (37) | Update Locked (2)

However, this filter does not work as intended. It behaves the same as “All”.
That is, I can not find any post with the “locked” date, unless I check all of my posts.

How to reproduce it:
In the post editor, there is a “Lock Modified Date” switch to freeze the modified date.

Then, if any posts are switched to “lock”, the “Update Locked” filter will be shown on the post list.

Try to click that filter, and see if you can find the ones “locked”.
