update-links.php Error

  • I’m getting the following error when viewing my links list.

    “Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to api.pingomatic.com:80 in /home/clydesho/public_html/wp-admin/update-links.php on line 26”

    Doesn’t affect the links listing at all. I’m just not sure what is causing the errors.

    The “update” check box in the link categories is unchecked.

    Any help appreciated
