Update leaflet from 0.7.3 to 1.3.1

    Not sure the best way to contact you, hope this is okay.

    I am helping with a site that has a custom leaflet setup, not sure it has ever worked correctly or efficiently.

    After looking around leaflet is a much older version 0.7.3. I have started the update to 1.3.1 and have a few questions.
