Hi,

We’re running WordPress 6.2.2 and we decided to update some of your software to the latest version today. There were two updates from your company, I can’t recall what they were called – only that they said they were 100% compatible with 6.2.2 and 6.3, but we have Events Calendar Pro and Events Shortcode.

Our website is currently in Construction mode, but when we try to access the WP Admin panel from a browser, we get following error message:

Error thrown

Class ‘TEC\Common\Contracts\Service_Provider’ not found

We’re now unable to access anything and we have absolute no idea what to do. Can you please advise?

@abzlevelup Disaster averted now!

We managed to log in via FTP, rename the-events-calendar directory, and that gave us access back admin to our website. Attempts to install TEC resulted in the website going down each time. Trying the new release of 6.2.0 yesterday, we have managed to install it without it taking down our website.
