  • @graajbhar Thanks for sharing the information. I can see that you do have 3 different caching plugins active on your site. Do you notice any change when temporarily deactivating these and trying to schedule your Stories?

Same problem after uninstalling all plugin

@graajbhar Could I please ask who your hosting provider is and what plan you are on with them?

Could you also please try setting up a temporary WordPress site here and install the Web Stories plugin. Once installed could you try the same on this site and see if you get the same problem with scheduling Stories publishes.

    Hosting- Blue Host,
This problem also comes when publishing the story.
This problem is happening only on this website, I have created a sub-domain, this problem is not happening on it.

@graajbhar When testing from our own Bluehost site I am unable to recreate the issue. Can I ask what browser you are using and if you get the same outcome when trying from an Incognito browsing window?

If you’re using Chrome I’d also recommend temporarily disabling any Chrome extensions you have to see if any of these are conflicting with the plugin. You can see your extensions in Chrome by going to chrome://extensions/.

I have used Chrome (also use Incognito mode), Mozilla and Microsoft Edge, but same result is coming.

@graajbhar Thank you for your continued efforts and patience. Can I just clarify that when you said you have the same problem after uninstalling all plugins do you mean every plugin you have on your site or all of the caching plugins I mentioned? If you only tried removing the caching plugins could you try removing all plugins to see if this fixes the issue. If it does then install them back one by one to see which is causing the issue.

As you don’t get the same issue on the sub-domain it does sound like it is something in your site setup or a conflict with a plugin/theme. It could also be related to Cloudflare so it would be worth checking with them to see if anything stands out on there side from your setup.
