Update Issue

I published a webstory, after some time that post was removed automatically, why is this happening, after update

@graajbhar When you say the Story was removed, how do you mean? Do you mean it is no longer visible to search? Or the Story no longer exists?

After scheduling the first story, when scheduling the second story, the first story is automatically remove. (dashboard)

@graajbhar Are you referring to scheduling a story to be published from the editor? If you could provide the exact steps you are taking so that I can try to replicate this then that would be very helpful. You could also share a recording of your experience so that I can see this happening. You can use a service such as Loom to do this.

@graajbhar Thanks for sharing the recording. I am unable to recreate this on my own setup so it would be great to get some further information from you.

Could you please share your Site Health Information using our private form. I can then check your setup to see if anything stands out here that may be causing this to happen.

@graajbhar Unfortunately that isn’t all of the information. Could you please:

1. Go to the Info tab and copy to clipboard.
2. Open the private form and paste the copied text to the Site Health Info section.
3. Submit the form.
