• Hi! I just updated your plugin and it causes an error on my site. It says specifically “Warning: array_key_exists(): The first argument should be either a string or an integer in /home/healture/public_html/wp-content/plugins/popup-maker/includes/integrations/google-fonts.php on line 11”

When I deactivate your plugin, the issue goes away.

I have no clue what this means except maybe something to do with fonts? Hmm.

  • I also notice if popup maker is active it crashes my costume css page by jetpack im admin panel.
Sorry for adding this to your thread, but in 2 days I already had 2 topics we manage to find solution.
I think I’m done for now with this plugin and will use emodal instead till there will be a stable popup maker version.

    All best,

I have jetpack installed and haven’t had any other issues

I get crash on css page after hitting save button.

@dyeless – Rest assured the bugs here will get resolved quickly. Further development on Easy Modal has ceased except for security patches so I wouldn’t recommend going back. What error are you getting when it crashes? If you don’t see one check your PHP error logs. This will help get the issue resolved much quicker. Also I have not seen any errors and we use Jetpack Custom CSS on many sites.

@maasha – Try resaving your popup theme/themes. Edit and hit the update button. See if that resolves it. If not would it be possible to get temporary admin access? If so email me danieliser at wizardinternetsolutions.com

I must admit this time it wasn’t popup maker fault. I assumed that it must be since this was the first time I had to use support for a plugin. Plus Jetpack css gave up on me in time I started using popup maker. And I never had problems before with any plugin.

Sorry for false report. Keep up the good work.

    All the best,
    Aleksander

@dyeless – Did you figure out what the problem was? Thanks for reporting back on it either way. 90% of PM’s code is done the WP Standards way, meaning that it should be 90% compatible with other plugins. The bugs are almost always in new features and JS conflicts, mainly since there are no real WP Standards concerning JS. We JSLint(bug check & format check) all of our code before every release but most don’t.

Jetpack css randomly started crashing just after popup maker update, at first I thought this happens because I have over 2k lines in css but then it crash again. I won’t bother myself with jetpack there are other solutions for that and hopefully this will be solved after update.
I’m really looking forward for the scroll update in future you might implant what we talked about on other thread.

    Good luck,
    Aleksander

@dyeless – The scoll update is gonna be included in the next major release. This may be v1.3 but I am hopeful that with new developers coming onto the PM team it will start to be a regular release cycle, so this may be a month or 2 out still. If it gets created sooner I will let you know for sure.
